OBC leader Alpesh Thakor and his close aide Dhavalsinh Zala, will soon join the BJP soon, said Gujarat Kshatriya Thakor Sena (GKTS) leader Amit Thakor on.

Significantly, former MLA Alpesh Thakor, who left the Congress before the Lok Sabha elections, may soon announce to join the BJP.

After Karnataka and Goa, in Gujarat also BJP can get support of MLAs who left Congress. Dhawal Singh Jhala said that Alpesh will contest from Radhanpur and he himself will contest the bypolls from Byad. Some leaders in the BJP are confused about Alpesh’s anti-North Indian image. Leaders associated with the Sangh believe that the party may have to suffer losses in the future. It is believed that due to this, Alpesh has not yet been able to enter the BJP.
